TherAccess, PLLC is managed by Chet Deshmukh, MBA, OTR/L, OT(C), CPC, CHDA who attained his initial certification in Hand Therapy in 1994. Certification in Hand Therapy is offered by the Hand Therapy Certification Commission (HTCC). Membership in the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT) and American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) helps therapists keep up with their knowledge of the subject matter and advances in Hand Therapy. 

TherAccess, PLLC is an Occupational Therapy and Hand Therapy clinic. We design and fabricate custom splints for our patients when necessary. We treat several types of hand injuries including Flexor and Extensor Tendon Repairs, Ligament Injuries, Carpal Instabilities (VISI and DISI), Nerve Entrapment Syndromes and Trauma to the Hand and Upper Extremity. We also help patients decrease and manage hand pain through use of TENS (Transcutaneous Electrical Nerve Stimulation), Ultrasound and other prescribed medications. Patients who are under the care of a MD or other Qualified Health Provider can request their doctor to write a prescription for occupational therapy or hand therapy.
