TherAccess, PLLC is founded by experienced therapy professionals.  The purpose of this website was to develop a simple yet comprehensive collection of resources for our patients and their family members.


At our Hand Rehabilitation Centers (HRC) in Apex and Pittsboro, NC we treat patients with acute injuries such as tendon injuries, lacerations, fractures, and sports injuries, and chronic problems such as carpal tunnel syndrome, hand tumors, tendonitis, and arthritis. TherAccess Hand Rehab Center serves the Triangle area of North Carolina including Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Garner, Wake Forest, Fuquay-Varina, and Holly Springs, NC. We also treat patients with hand, wrist, elbow, and shoulder conditions from eastern North Carolina including Clayton, Smithfield, Fayetteville, Wilson, Kinston, Goldsboro, Lumberton, Wendell, Rocky Mount, Henderson, and Wilmington, Pittsboro, Sanford, Southern Pines, Siler City, Asheboro, Highpoint and Greensboro.


Patients are often referred to us because of our expertise and outcomes.

Our patients state that the first thing they noticed is our passion and dedication to getting our patients better. We treat patients individually. What that means is that you have dedicated time with your therapist to answer any questions you may have. Your session is scheduled with the same therapist each time and you do not share your session with other patients.


Case Managers and Claims Adjusters recognize the value in sending their patients to us as they know we will do everything feasible to help patients recover from their injury. Sustaining a hand injury not only affects the hand. It is a psycho-social-emotional rehabilitation for an injured worker. Patients need to start feeling good about themselves first. We make certain our patients leave happy and thinking positive about their life and return back to work.

TherAccess, PLLC is a Hand and Upper Extremity Rehabilitation Center serving patients from several counties in North Carolina. The center focuses on early recovery and return to work while advocating the needs of patients as they work on recovering from their trauma and injury. We believe that any injury to the body is not just a physical event but is much greater and involves psycho-social and emotional changes that complicate the recovery process.
